An unfair labor practice strike is a strike concerned with the violation of a labor relations law by the employer. Lockout is the exercise of the powers of the employer to prevent unionized employees from entry into the workplace until such a time the employees accept the employer's terms and conditions and willing to return to work or collective bargaining agreement.
