REDESIGN OF A MULTIPLE HEAT TRANSFER MODE CHARCOAL OVEN

ABTRACT

This project concerns the unifying the temperature of the baking chambers of the oven using a regulating surface to regulate the mass flow rate of the converted heat from the first shelf to the second shelf experimentally, the dimension of the oven was 76.2cm x 35.6cm x 40.6cm. The result shows that at a certain reduction percentage of the area of the regulating plate and the temperature at the both portion will be uniform. The use of aluminum plate to increase rate of heat supplied to the baking chamber as result its high conductivity and the attempt to reduce losses in the baking chamber by using the aluminum foil and the iron wood insulation
