DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ONLINE COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
The research work “design and implementation of a complaint management system.Our system has the facility to register every customer and store their detail in database, each customer is given a unique ID after registrationtoacces is own portal to lodge in His/Her complain. The Admin is task with allocating these complain to appropriate personel to handle them.This research work was carried out as a means to solve the problems encountered where Customers are dis satisfy with services rendered to he/she. The Complaint Management System was achieved using two programming environment: PHP and MYSQL, with PHP as front-end and MySQL as the back-end database. The system can be entered using a username and password. It is accessible by an administrator ,engineers/staffs and customer. The interface is very user-friendly. protected for personal use and the data processing is very fast.
