ABSTRACT
The study examines Working Capital Management as a Tool for business survival (A case study of two medium scale organization). Data gathered and analyzed in the course of conducting this study was derived from both primary and secondary sources, with the utilization of interview guides as the primary data collection instrument, and information from past research work and journals as the secondary source.
